This is where we begin—just two humans talking. We want to hear about your family, your kids, your rhythms, your challenges, your hopes. What would having the right person in your home feel like? This isn’t about checking boxes—it’s about seeing the full picture so we can truly support you. We don’t rush this part, and we don’t make assumptions. We take our time so everything that follows is intentional.

 

2. Candidate Vetting

 

We don’t rely on solely resumes—we trust our gut and yours.

We personally get to know every nanny we work with. We have long conversations. We ask real questions. We look for integrity, kindness, presence—the things that don’t always show up on paper.
